Refund and Cancellation Policy
All memberships will be billed at the time you join, in full for the term you select. At renewal, you will automatically be billed for your membership on the expiration date of the then current term, via your credit card. You may cancel your membership at anytime, however, NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Billing will remain recurring until such time as you cancel. You must remain an active, paid, current member in order to be qualified for any hunt drawing or to participate in any dream hunt giveaway.

EliteHunts.com Rules and Regulations for Hunt or Trip Giveaways
*The website elitehunts.com is owned and operated by Servnet, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company. Any reference herein to elitehunts.com refers also to ServNet, LLC, as the site’s owner.
1.) The winner must be an active paid Platinum or Gold member for the term covering the drawings for free hunts or giveaways. Paid members will automatically be entered into the hunts that their membership makes them eligible for, during their active membership period. Only Platinum and Gold members will be eligible for “Dream Hunt Giveaways”. Gold members are only eligible for Gold level “Dream Hunt Giveaways”. Platinum members are eligible for all “Dream Hunt Giveaways”. Platinum members are also eligible to enter the Grand Slam Hunt Giveaway at an additional cost.
2.) The winner waives and holds harmless Servnet, LLC and/or EliteHunts.com from any and all liabilities, including, but not limited to, personal injury and death, at all times during a hunt or trip. Winner also waives and holds harmless Servnet, LLC and/or EliteHunts.com staff, executives, employees and prostaff, as well as all outfitters and their staff or employees. Any personal injury or death associated with travel to, from and during a hunt or trip is included under this waiver. By accepting a hunt or trip, the winner hereby agrees to be bound by this waiver and assumption of risk policy.
3.) There is no guarantee of harvest or opportunity for harvest of any game animal during a hunt. EliteHunts.com and our outfitters will attempt to provide the best opportunity possible. Many factors can preclude the harvest of a game animal, including but not limited to, your own skills and weather conditions.
4.) Elitehuts.com will resolve any conflicts that may arise during a hunt, trip or regarding a contact. The elitehunts.com decision is final and is within their sole discretion.
5.) Hunts will be drawn on the last day of each quarter, beginning with the last quarter (December)2006. Winners for dream hunt giveaways will be selected by a COMPUTER GENERATED RANDOM DRAWING.
6.) The winner will be responsible for their personal gratuity/tip for the outfitters staff and guides. A general rule of thumb is 10%-15% of the hunt cost.
7.) EliteHunts.com will provide on behalf of the winner:
All hunt costs associated with the outfitter, tag fees and application fees
Travel expenses at cost -Airfare, if applicable (extra baggage costs are the responsibility of the winner)
Ground transportation
8.) EliteHunts.com will not be responsible for expediting/shipping any animals that are harvested on the hunt. Taxidermy costs may or may not be included for the winner at the sole discretion of elitehunts.com. At the time of notification, the winner will be informed of whether taxidermy costs are included. Any and all shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the owner. Elitehunts.com will not under any circumstances pay any shipping costs.
9.) The winner will be responsible for providing all of his/her own equipment, including, but not limited to, firearms, bow, arrows, ammo, handguns, appropriate clothing or like gear.
10.) The winner must be in such physical condition as to be able to complete the hunt as required. Outfitter will state the physical requirements prior to the hunt and the winner shall be informed of such requirements at the time of the drawing. It is solely the winner’s responsibility to determine if he or she is physically or mentally capable to participate in a hunt. Elitehunts.com will not conduct any investigation as to whether the winner is physically or mentally capable of completing a hunt or trip.
11.) Any and all non hunter fees for anyone accompanying the hunter will be the responsibility of the winner and must be approved by elitehunts.com and the
outfitter. Only at the sole discretion of elitehunts.com, may this hunt be transferred to another person. Transferring the rights of this hunt to another person without the approval of elitehunts.com staff will result in a loss of hunt.
12.) Elitehunts.com has the sole discretion in scheduling hunts. Of course, we will
attempt to accommodate the winner’s schedule as best as possible.
13.) If the winner cancels the trip after notification of being the winner, but before the
hunt takes place or begins, no replacement hunt will be provided. Elitehunts.com
has the sole discretion to schedule a replacement hunt, only if it feels that the
circumstances of cancellation justify the replacement hunt.
